| Two officials from the RELC Alumni attended the 3-day seminar from 19-21 April 1999 as Alumni nominees. They were Mr Ong Jin Cheng and Mr Albert Ong. The theme for that year's prestigious seminar was "LANGUAGE IN THE GLOBAL CONTEXT: IMPLICATIONS FOR THE LANGUAGE CLASSROOM". |
