Launch of the RELC Alumni HomePage The RELC Alumni web site was officially launched by Mr Edwin Goh, the then Director of RELC on Friday 8 November 1996 at RELC. It was then that I was appointed as the Alumni Honorary WebMaster. Picture above shows Mr Goh receiving a hardcopy of the Alumni Homepage from Website Developer Mdm Evelyn Tan. Looking on are RELC Alumni members with the President/RELC Alumni in the centre.
